Sammy's Secret
It's no mystery why Sammy's BBQ Tri-Tip, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs and Chicken are so flavorful. First, our Tri-Tip, Ribs and Chicken are rubbed with our own special seasonings. Then they are set over a Hot Oak Wood Fire. The heat and our rub penetrate deep into the layers of meat turning the outside to a rich BBQ crust, the meat is moist and tender on the inside with a rich oak wood flavor.
